| What is it? |
| |
IREx is a companion to WinLIRC,
which is a windows port of LIRC. Especially
usefull with the gen_ir winamp plugin. This program will startup other programs, such as
winamp, when you press a key on a remote. Use the remote to call up different playlists.

"Probably..."
A couple of people have described a problem shutting down the system while irex is running.
The problem has hopefully been corrected, make sure you are running the latest version of irex.
